Liannys Morgan is a Florida Bar licensed attorney specializing in immigration law. Originally from Cuba, Ms. Morgan has professional as well as personal experiences when dealing with immigration cases. Ms. Morgan specializes in employment-based visas that include working with the Department of Labor and Labor Certifications, Cuban Adjustments, Naturalization, Marriage and Family, and Fiancé visas. Ms. Morgan is licensed to practice Federal Law in the Southern District of Florida and U.S. Executive Office for Immigration Review in all 50 States and its territories.
Ms. Morgan specializes in representing clients in interviews for Asylum, Naturalization and Adjustment of Status before the offices of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) counseled applicants for consular interviews outside of the country. Ms. Morgan proudly represents clients in all 50 states and over 20 countries around the globe in Europe, South America, Caribbean, Central America, North America.
Ms. Morgan is proud and active member and has served as chair in several committees of Cuban American Bar Association (“CABA”) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”).
